• Your official titleholder photo for personal use
• Pageant logo files in multiple formats

Reimbursed Expenses

The pageant will reimburse:

• Mileage for appearances within [RADIUS] miles (at $0.XX/mile, submit monthly)
• Pre-approved meals at appearances
• Approved dry cleaning of your official wardrobe (up to $XX/year)

Not reimbursed: personal travel, non-appearance meals, beauty/salon expenses, personal wardrobe.

You are responsible for returning all regalia at the end of your reign:

• Banner
• Any other items provided

Regalia damage or loss beyond normal wear will be assessed at fair market value.

Conduct

As titleholder, you represent [YOUR PAGEANT NAME] at all times, not just at appearances. Please:

• Maintain the eligibility standards you met at registration
• Avoid social media content that would embarrass the pageant or its sponsors
• Notify the director immediately of any situation that could affect your reign

End of Reign

Your final responsibility is to crown the next [TITLE] at next year’s pageant. Approximately one month before, you’ll participate in:

• A retrospective social media post reflecting on your year
• A brief spoken reflection at the pageant
• Passing of the crown to the new titleholder
